Appointments
If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We do kindly request that 24 hour notice be given, or a fee may be applied for the time reserved.

Insurance and Billing

Please inquire about accepted insurance. We do participate with certain plans and although we may not participate with your specific insurance, it does not mean we won't be able to bill your insurance for you and accept payment from them.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards.  We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
